This one is probably a bit of a surprise. Why is rice so bad? First of all, it is highly refined. Because there is no fiber in it (unless it's brown rice) it's mostly all sugar. Or it will turn into sugar after your stomach is done with it.
After the rice is metabolized in your body it will turn to sugar and then cause your insulin levels to rise. Then, after a day or two, you'll see some new pimples forming on your face. Stay away from rice to get rid of pimples.
French Fries
This one is a no-brainer. First of all, french fries are oily which causes acne breakouts. But even more, french fries are made from potatoes which have a very high sugar content. Your blood sugar will shoot up after munching down on some fries, causing and insulin surge and the resulting acne breakout.
Pancakes
This is one of my favorite foods. It's too bad that eating them causes acne breakouts. Think about what pancakes are: flour and water. We already know that flour is one of the most refined foods and basically turns into sugar after it is metabolized by the body. Stay away from pancakes to get rid of pimples.
